LAAW depends on support from individuals, groups, and corporations in the community in order to provide our services free of charge to victims of abuse. There are a variety of ways to donate to LAAW. Whether it is a small donation or a Major Gift, we are thankful for your support.
Annual Campaign
Each year, Legal Advocates for Abused Women provides assistance to over 9,000 individuals, mostly women, with over 6,000 children in our community whose lives are affected by domestic violence. We are the only agency in the community that provides legal services free of charge to women, men and, correspondingly, children in need of our assistance. Our annual campaign is a major source of funding that allows our organization to provide these free services to those who desperately need our help.
This year, we have set an aggressive goal to raise $75,000 dollars through our annual appeal. Please consider making a contribution to help ensure that people living with domestic violence have a place to turn for the free legal assistance they so desperately need to live safe and healthy lives.

You’ll also enjoy the satisfaction of knowing that your generosity will help save someone who is suffering. If you donate $1,000 or more, you will have the opportunity to place your business logo and link as a sponsor on LAAW’s website.
Donations, Tributes, & Memorials
Donors can designate their contributions to be made as a tribute or a memorial. Tributes are a great way to honor a friend, family member, or co-worker. Birthdays, anniversaries, and graduations are perfect opportunities for a tribute. Memorial contributions are a thoughtful way to remember a loved one and show family members how much you care. Recipients of tributes or memorials will be informed of your donation by mail without being told the dollar amount.
